Frustrating day at work. I think the reason I am taking to this book & willing to do this is b/c I'm letting little things drag me down. Time to start controlling what I can. Where to start ... figuring out what makes me happy & what doesn't.
The One-Sentence Journal tool allows you to keep a journal on any topic. Many people have the urge to keep a journal but get discouraged because it's so much work. Went back to see Dr. Laura today. Such a relief to have a doctor that understands me & talks to me. Casey and I worked in the office today as BBP was home with the door installation project. I enjoy her company so much. So happy to have her home.
